1. Medical Accessory

Chief Ling offers non-toxic product with material of SGS and FDA standards for custom-made medical accessory. and check the quality and sanitation with serious attitude while mass production to insure the products can meet medical standards.

For instance, we are honorable to have Red Cross to be one of our regular customers and we make disposable marker pens for marking the position of the body in surgery. And we also opened moulds of silicone mats with material of FDA & SGS standard for a reliable customer from U.S.A. The color of silicone mat is according to Pantone no. and customer logo can be shown on the silicone mats with raised effect around 0.35mm.

2. Acrylic Containers

Size and shape are made per customer’s design and the color can be adjusted according to assigned Pantone no.

The welding line, gate spot, transparency of colors can be revised to meet customer’s request as possible as we can.

We have opened 3 moulds for one of our customers in U.S.A. recently, and he is satisfied with our quality of products, technical solution, and shipping service.

3. Hose Clamp

Products are made of high quality steel materials and are all 100% made in Taiwan. the products are manufactured by those modern manufacturing facilities and assembling lines. they all passed the strict quality control system before shipment in order to ensure the high quality of fastening and endurance.

We have agents in Iran, India, and U.A.E. and all the products have to be stamped on the word WS and TAIWAN or have to be kept blank on the housing.

4. Custom-made Key Chain

Chief Ling provides various kinds of custom-made key chain:
Acrylic key chain, brass or zinc-alloy key chain, bullet key chain, coin key chain and embossment soft magnet key chain… etc.

With good quality of surface and well-polished, Chief Ling provides many different kinds of plating for choice, like nickel plated, gold plated, gilt plated…etc.

The key chain can be put on your own logo by pressing, color-painting, laser-cutting, printing…or we can suggest any possible effect that is suitable for its material.

5. PVC Corrugated Sheet

Prices are offered according customers request with length(4.5~10ft). width(26~32inch). thickness (0.5~0.8mm) and pitch (76mm or 63mm) case by case.

Our customers are main sourcing U.A.E. Nigeria and other Middle-East area and they always choose 3~4 colors to combined into a 20 of container for economic shipment. and there are 5 popular colors for choice: transparent-white(W006). green(G701). red(R125). blue(B801). yellow(Y400).

6. Plastic Goods

With advanced molding technology. we can develop high quality molds and plastic injection products at the reasonable prices. We are confident that our manufacture capacity and service can bring benefits to our esteemed customers.

We can make complex or special design with good quality of surface and it is welcome to provide your design for injecting plastic products such as household items or small parts.

We have developed over 15 kinds of custom-made knitting needles for our German customer who is pleased with our products and technical suggestion. Their order frequency is around 30000pcs per month for over 10 years.

7. Marker pens for stationery

It comes with different sizes and colors of ink. the color of the barrel and cap can be made by requested Pantone no. and we can print the logo on the barrel according to customer artwork. Material of barrel: PP. Cap and plug: PE.

Our ink have passed EN71 and ASTM-D4236 standard. there are hundreds of colors that can adjusted per customers request. Or customers can ship their own ink to Taiwan that we can help with the importing process and produce the marker pens with customers ink.

8. Gift items

DepictionUpon getting the inquiry from customer. Chief Ling would estimate the prices according to customers designs with details for quoting the best prices. With good quality of surface and well-polished. Chief Ling provides many different kinds of plating for choice. like nickel plated. gold plated. effect with 2D or 3D. colors painting. with clear epoxy or not.A regular customer who came from USA had asked Chief Ling to make the special crosses made in Zinc-alloy for them. The end products were made exactly the same as their actual samples in 1998 and till now. they stills place repeat orders to Chief Ling.Chief Ling also developed a game set for another customer in U.S.A. we produced 82 parts of the game set including instruction sheet. golf balls. plastic tube. Stickers. then assemble them into a completed set according to customer instruction.
