Long Fiber Spunbond PET Continuous Filament Nonwoven Geotextile 


PET Long fiber geotextile was made from virgin polyester chips, the continous filament was extruded from polyester chip by machine directly by spunbond process. And Polyester Non Woven Geotextile punch together to get the stable 3D with highter strength fabric . So Pet Long Fiber Nonwoven Geotextile has high strength , good creep property excellent and erosion resistance, aging-resistance and heat resistance.

Polyester Geotextile Fabric Features:


1) UV resistant 
2) High temperature resistance to up to 230℃ maintaining structure stability and original physical properties 
3) High flat drainage and vertical permeability 
4) High creep resistance 
5) Resistance of erosion of chemicals in soil as well as the corrosion of gasoline and diesel etc 
6) High elongation under certain stress, thus able to adapt to uneven and irregular bases.

Polyester Geotextile Fabric Properties 
1). High strength: the raw material plastic fiber, it can keep sufficient strength and elongation in the wet state. 
2). Corrosion resistance: in different ph value soil and water corrosion, anti-aging, it can be used for a long time. 
3). Good permeability: a gap between fibers, therefore has good porous. 
4). Good antimicrobial property: do not damage by microbes and insects. 
5). Construction convenient: because the material is qualitative light, soft,  easy laying and construction..

1.100-800g/m2 
2.2m-8m in roll width, the length as clients` request 
Property: 
The mechanical values are 2~3times more than ordinary products. Good acid and alkali resistance, excellent hot melting adhesiveness, high anti-abrasion performance. 
Application: 
1.Filtration of soils in drainage applications by retaining soil particles while allowing for the free flow of water 
2.Separation and stabilization in road and railway construction 
3.Prevention of soil movement in erosion control measures 
4.Cushioning and protection in many containment projects
