Wood chipper descreption 


Drum wood chipper are star and main products in our factory.they are mature and best seller.it produce finished wood chips.widely used in the raw material preparing process in the factories of flakeboard, fiberboard, papermaking and wood chips making plant.  drum type wood chipper is the best equipment for factory`s laboratory preparing material.


Raw material for Drum type wood chipper cutting is mainly small trail wood, lumbering remainds ( such as branches, twigs, tress pallets etc) and woodworking remainds ( such as slab, plank, log core, waste veneer etc). It also can be used to chip non-lignin raw material (such as flax pole, bulrush, bamboo etc)

1.Strong body of drum wood chipper, material: is Carbon steel Q235, can run steadily without ground foundation.


2.Wood chipper machine blade use H13 material , more hard and anti-wearing. It can cut hard wood and service life is more longer , just need to sharpen it every 5-7 days (8 hours per day )


3. Feed roller of wood chipper machine adopts 45# Mn steel. This kind of steel has strong abrasion, precise bite force, so it can reduce damage for the chipper.


4. The rotors of wood chipper machine all passed the dynamic balance testing.


5.Motor of drum wood chipper use Siemens Brand. This kind of motor is frequency and has thick copper coil, it won`t be burned due to instantaneous current when entering long wood log.


6.The hydraulic system of wood chipper machine is consist of oil pump, hydro cylinder, which can start up the cover for blades changes and maintenance.


7. Feeding chain conveyor of wood chipper machine can feed material evenly, so the material won`t be blocked.
