Product Description:


Composite geomembrane is an anti-seepage material, which is compounded with geotextile and compound geomembrane for building construction. It remains the mechanical properties of base fabric and uniformity of film which improve the impermeability. Embossed processing on the film strengthen its friction coefficient, stability and easy for installation. It is mainly used for permeation proof drainage and reinforcement. Composite geomembrane has high tearing resistance, breakage resistance, bursting and other physical and mechanical performance.


 


Specification:


1. One piece of geotextile and one piece of membrane;Weight of base geotextile: 100-1000g/m2; 
 Thickness of geomembrane: 0.1-1.5mm. 
2. Two piece of geotextiles and one piece of membrane;Weight of base geotextile: 80-600g/m2 
 Thickness of geomembrane: 0.2-1.5mm. 
3.One piece of geotextile and two pieces of membranes;Weight of base geotextile: 100-1000g/m2;Thickness of geomembrane: 0.1-0.8mm. 
4.Multi-layers:Weight of base geotextile: 100-1000g/m2;Thickness of geomembrane: 0.1-0.8mm.


5.one piece of nonwoven geotextile, one piece of geomembrane and one piece of woven geotextile.


 


Production:


After far infrared ray heating oven in film one side or both sides, and geotextile and geomembrane pressure together by roller form to composite geomembrane .


 


The product features


1, anti-seepage, anti-filtration and drainage, and it has the functions of isolation and reinforcement.


2. High composite strength, high peel strength and high resistance to puncture.


3. Strong drainage capacity, large friction coefficient and small linear expansion coefficient.


4. Good aging resistance, wide temperature range and stable quality.


 


Application:


1.Used in landfill, river embankment, lake dam, tailing dam, sewage dam and reservoir area, channels and other hydraulic ponds. 
2. Anti-seepage & lining for subway, basement and tunnel. 
3. Saline seepage-proofing for roadbed and other foundation. 
4.Used in level seepage-proofing bedding of embankment and dam, vertical impermeable layer for foundation, construction cofferdam, fertilizer plant. 
5.Used in sea water & freshwater aquaculture. 
6.Used in the foundation of road, highway & railway; the waterproof layer of expansive soil and collapsible loess. 
7.Used in roof seepage-proofing.
