Automatic  sterile dressing Packaging Machine 



Applications:

The machine is specially developed and manufactured by our scientific research personnel for packing four sides sealing Medical dressing , which is suitable for medical dressing, gauze swab and non-stick pads ,non-woven drain sponges some platelet products packing, The machine drived by four sets servo motors and adopt PLC Programmable Controller to program operation of the whole machine. The main machine make up of servo driving, couple feeding parts, lot number printing parts, reciprocating heat sealing parts, horizontal and crossing cutting and the convey of finish products parts. The machine having vantage performance, easy maintance and operation 
Feature: 
It adopts PLC programmable Controller and drived by servo motor to make running of the whole machine programmed. 
The touch screen clearly displaying the speed, the length and width of the bag setting, 
The length of the bag automatic adjusting, and the packing length can directly setting, easy and quick 
Color code detecting, inport photoelectricity tracking the color code, making it correct 
Automatic control temperature, the place of the heatsealing adopt couple temperature controller, improve the quality of the sealing
