Structure characteristics and working principle
According to the different quantity of drive motor, the turning rolls can be divided into single motor & dual-motor
turning rolls.ZT type turning rolls can achieve automatic regulation when the diameter of workpiece within a
fixed scope through 4 groups ingot shaped frames, which can save manpower and improve work efficiency.
Component
Driving part is mainly consisting of foundation, motor, speed reducer, driving gear, ingot frame and roller.
The driven part mainly consists of foundation, ingot frame and roller.
