Uses
For use as a grinding aid for the production of OPC and blended cements

Description
TH Series products are a kind of dispersing agent for use as a grinding aid for the production of Portland and other hydraulic cements. TH Series products complies with national cement additives standard GBT 26748 2011. TH Series products are glycol and amine based materials.

Application instructions
Dosage 0.028- 0.033 by weight, depending on type of clinker, type of mill and desired results.
The dosage range is from 0.28 kg to 0.33 kg per MT of material to be ground. Industrial trials are required to determine the optimum dosage. Admixture specifically formulated to improve the grinding of minerals and particularly recommended for grinding cements

Supplied in 220 kg net sealed drum or 1000kg plastic tank

Storage
Since TH series products have a very low freezing point, no anti-freeze protection is needed in bulk installation. Where it is expected that the storage tanks will be exposed to below zero temperatures, provisions should be made for insulating and heating the tank and lines in order to prevent excessive viscosity and to aid pump ability.

Shelf life
TH series products have a shelf life of one year if kept in a cool and dry place in unopened containers.

Health and Safety
Odour, fumes, spillage no noxious fumes. If accidentally spilled on skin, wash off immediately with soap and water. If accidentally splashed into eyes, wash out immediately with water, and consult a physician. If accidentally swallowed, induce vomiting and call a physician immediately.
