The Description of the MID Measuring Tape:

1.New ABS material with steel blade
2.65Mn steel for Spring ,the life is 3times more than commen material
3.The hook is quenching in whole,not easy to deform and ensure accurency,the surface
plating with chrome,anti-rust and antiseptic.

The advantages of the Measure tape:
Not only passed the MIDII certificaiton Accuracy Measurement by National Measurement office,but also we have our own Inspection step by step,pls refer to the follow informaitons:

a.We use ourself reaserched printing and double printing machines to printing the blade,controlled by Computer,and the inspector will inspect each tape from the last third root,which is make sure the accuracy is perfect.

b.We use the cut zero machines reasearched by ourself,which machins' outsanding feature is confirmed accuracy by infrared.After cutting,all the insepctors will inpects all blade one by one,which to ensure the blade is the best for the customers.

c.The second,after riveting hook, all the inspectors will start to "Five centimeters Inspection" that confirm theaccuracy.

d.There is an important detail,must be noted.It is the HOOK,My company hook is quenched in whole,it is not easy to deform,which is another important elements to ensure the Accuracy.
