產品描述

Built on API SPEC 7K, with the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.
F series mud pump has the excellent operation performance with the firm and compact structure and small volume. It is adopt to the high pumping pressure and large capacity requied by the oilfield drilling.
F series mud pump has a long stroke, so with less stroke rate it's suction efficient and the life of the expendable parts are improved a lot .With the advanced structure the pulsation dampener makes the suction pipe get the most satisfactory buffer effect.
At the power end the F series pump employs the pressure lubrication system and the flash lubrication system. It prolongs the service life of the power end a lot.

Design features:

1.The power end: The frame is welded steel-plate construction. Its stress-relieved after welding. The drive gears are involute type gears which allow smooth operation, high efficiency and long life. The power end is either splash or pressure lubricated.
2.The fluid end: The suction and discharge flanges conform to ANSI and API specifications.
3.The piston rod includes an inter-mediate rod, that allows quick assembly & disassembly.
4.The valve seat bores have a bottom shoulders. The pistons and liners are spray lubricated and cooled, which allow an extended service life.
