Biodegradable Starch Resin

BOR-Z-703J

Characters:
Granules come in cylinder and round shape,light yellow colored with slight fragrance, easily decomposed by microbes with degradation rate up to 46% in 100 days. They are anti-static, easily colored, can be processed alone without adding any polyolefin material like PP,PE,PVA,EVA.etc.
Application range:
injection molded products
e.g. disposable pesticide bottler,shampoo container,packing box, cups,plant nursery pots,etc.

Processing equipment:
Common injection molding machine,blister machine,sheet extruder,etc. those which PE,PP used can be applicable.

Processing technology:
Newly molded products may feel crispy and fragile due to severe dehydration during production,settled for 24 hours,molded properties and hardness will increase accordingly. It can be mixed with PP,including T30s,F401,J340,B240,etc.

Remarks:
Do please sealed and store the resin in a dry environment to avoid absorbing moisture.
Once becomes damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80°C,and then can be put into production.
The right processing temperature is that when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
