CYKM series CNC printer & slotter & die cutter

Feeding Unit
Each link position can be locked and opened electrically. In case the electric control section is engaged and released, the alarm is emitting to secure operators safety.
There are emergency stop buttons installed between machine sections to control the section movement from inside to guarantee the operators' safety.
The frictional clutch is installed on transmission shaft to avoid machine damage due to incorrect actions.
Pneumatic interlock device.
The main motor activates the protection device, the main motor can not started in case the unit has not been locked. Under the main motor's running, the ineffectiveness remains if the unit shift-out button is pressed.

Printing Unit
The material of the cylinder is cast iron. And its surface is plated hard chromium after be grinded.
Quick frome-change device.
Regulate the clearance between the cylinder and the impression roll by computer, digital setting.
Combined with the pneumatic lifting facility in the paperboard feeding system, in the feeding process the anilox roller can be automatically fell down to touch the plate roller for inking; in stopping the paperboard feeding process the anilox roller can be lifted up to separate with the plate roller for decreasing the friction and prolonging its service life.
Regulate phase position with planetary gear system.
Printing phase position is controlled by PLC and touch screen. And The printing phase can be readjusted, electrically driven by 360 degrees adjustment (running, stopping). Enable store orders in common.
Device for fixing printing phase position. Electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism (when the machine is separated with the control table or the phase is adjusted, the braking mechanism is used to stop the control table rotating and to keep the original gear position fixing point).
Return zero automatically after clean the forme.

Transversal moving of pre-creasing wheel, creasing wheel and pedestal of slitter are controlled by PLC and touch screen. Be able to store orders in common.
Adjust the clearance between the pedestals of slotter by computer, digital setting.
Regulate slotting phase position with planetary gear system.
Slotting phase position is controlled by PLC and touch screen. And The slotting phase can be readjusted, electrically driven by 360 degrees adjustment (running, stopping). Enable store orders in common.
Equip pattern of portable hole.
A 10.4 inch touch screen is installed on the control panel to control feeding, printing, slotting and die-cutting unit and is easy to operate.
The cast iron rubber pad roller is plated hard chromium after be grinded.
Balance emendation increase the running stability of the machine.
Adopt PLC and touch screen to control the clearance between the die-cutter roller and the rubber pad roller.
Pre-creasing wheel: Via pre-creasing the paperboard will not be crushed easily.

Die-cutting phase position is controlled by PLC and touch screen. And The die-cutting phase can be readjusted, electrically driven by 360 degrees adjustment (running, stopping). Enable store orders in common.
Electrical and digital adjustment of transversal moving ranges 20mm.
Speed compensate device control the surface speed of the rubber cylinder. No matter how the diameter of the rubber pad roller changes the die-cutting roller drive the rubber pad roller to keep the two rollers synchronous.
The shape of the cut paperboard is the same as the die-cutting pattern.
