Produced by sheep whey from Pecorino cheese manufactured from fresh sheep milk.
Usage: due to its high functional characteristics and nutritive value sweet whey is an ideal ingredient for the dairy industry
to produce soft cheese, yoghurt and health drinks, with a particular attention to ready meals, confectionery and bakery.
Packaging: 25 kg bags, kraft paper, multiwall with inner polyethylene liner bag, delivered on europallet 80 x120 weight of
1000 kg/pallet or big bags 500 / 1200 kg/each on europallet 100x110.
Shelf life: 18 months in a cool and dry place (maximum 25 degrees C); away from all sources of contaminant odors or tastes.
