  JacoTech offers prismatic lens patterned cylinder engraving for sheet and roll production for plastic extruders/casting or embossing plastic making processes.

Prisms and 4 sided cubic corner optical based patterns are micro-machined by JacoTech's proprietary diamond tooling and mold making processes.

We can manufacter cylinder/drum/roll/mandrel parts as large as 34" diameter x 126" length with weights up to 6,000 LBS.

JacoTech super-duty extrusion cylinders have the longest production life availabe in the world today. Get up to 2,000,000 LBS or 908,000 KG of lens production off one engraving!
