Our mill is a round tube made of curled steel plate, within which is equipped with steel balls in different sizes. Two sides of this mill are joined with bolts and quill shaft, and levelly supported by two main shaft bearings. By big cogwheels being fixed onto the one side of the tube and tiny ones working by a set of transmission as assistance, the mill is driven. The mill rotates at 17.9 cir/min. Half-finished materials, etc are fed in, then pass the first and the second cabin(Rough milling cabins) of the rotary part through the axles. Inside the tube, steel balls are brought onto certain height at first, and then fall down. After being shattered into granules to some extents, through partition materials are sent into the third cabin (refined milling cabin) inside which is equipped with micro-steel forges. Through exit grates, exit axles, shattered materials are discharged out, and they are the final qualified products.
