Additives take an essential part in the quality of chemical products. As a leading manufacturer in China with strong technological power, we provide high-quality additives such as silicone surfactant and coupling agents, both of which have a wide range of applications.

Silicone surfactant
Across all of Polyurethane foam applications there is great need of surfactant for the vital properties of stabilization, nucleation, and emulsification. Our products have been specifically designed for the different technologies targeting the necessary requirements. For Rigid applications we offer recommendations based on extensive research with the blowing agents being used today. For flexible foam we provide HR foam stabilizer surfactants that cover low to high-density applications. We also offer a product designed for microcellular foam used in shoe sole applications.

Options
JSY-6504-- for HR molding PU foam
It has lower activity and wider processing range, can enhance the compatibility in HR systems, and improve the cell structure of the foam. The prepared foams have more open-cell rate, and the pores are fine and dense. The resiliency of the foams is high. JSY－6505 is more suitable for the lower density foam.
The use level of JSY-6504 are suggested to be 0.8～1.5 (parts on 100parts polyol)
JSY-168---for microcellular PU shoe-sole foam　
It is provided with better hydrophilicity, which can make the foam system emulsified uniformly. The foam products will have enough open cells and regular uniform cells.
The use level of JSY-168 is suggested to be 5～8 (parts on 1000 parts polyol)
JSY-2000—for CRC free PUR　
It is a non-hydrolytic polyether-polysiloxane copolymer. It is fit for rigid polyurethane foams blown with cyclo-pentane, HCFC-141b and other alkane blowing agents. This product possesses advantages such as good emulsification, excellent nucleation, and good stability, etc.
The use level of JSY-2000 is suggested to be 1.5～2.5( parts on 100 parts polyol )
Coupling agent
Coupling agent is a kind of chemical substance which reacting with both the reinforcement and the resin matrix of a composite material. Titanate coupling agent is widely used as additive in the industries such as plastics, rubber, coatings and leather. They activate the inorganic fillers, so increase the filler level, and reduce the amount of the resin, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers. They can reduce the product cost, meanwhile improve the processibility, enhance the gloss of the articles, and improve the product quality accordingly.

JSTC series ——titanate coupling agent
Generally, titanate couplers are more effective than silane coupling agents because they have three pendant organic functional groups compared to one for silanes. The titanate couplers also act as plasticizers to enable much higher loadings and/or to achieve better flow.so it is extensively used in plastic,rubber, ink, and paints.

KH series ——silane coupling agent
Due to two groups in the silane structure, Silanes (compounds of silicon and hydrogen of the formula SinH2n+2) and other monomeric silicon compounds have the ability to bond inorganic materials such as glass, metals to organic resins.
The coupling agent may be applied to the inorganic materials (e.g., glass fibers) as a pre-treatment and/or added to the resin, so it is widely used in areas such as ink, paint, die, glass.
