Auto weighing & packing line system BO-Z

Complete turnkey solution for filling both gusseted bags and pillow bags.
The line is composed of a main product feeding system consisting of a vibrating intake hopper (feeder) with vertical elevator, a primary packaging system consisting of a 10-head weigher in stainless steel, IP65 execution, a support platform with staircase, a BH (BX) vertical form fill seal machine.
The line features stainless steel (or Mild steel painted) versions of critical components, tools-free parts removal for easy cleanings is ideally suitable for packing dry, non-fragile products into a wide range of pack styles, using many different kinds of wrapping materials.
