It is composed of  manual decoiler,pre-cutting system,main forming part,automatic cutting.The most popular steel decks produced by our metal deck roll forming machine are currently used in the industiral applications as following:


 Composite metal deck: The composite metal decks have embossments in the vertical ribs designed to interlock with concrete slabs, creating a reinforced concrete slab to develop a composite floor system.The final product can be cut as per set length controller,and the length is automatically measured by encoder.When final product reached set length,machine will stop to cut the sheet automatically.Finish thhis action,the machine will run again continuously
