</h3>

MM-Tech supply Poly Pipe Welder composed of basic frame,electric planing tool, digital display control of heating plate and holder for milling cutter and heater.The Poly Pipe Welding Machine adopts hydraulic technology to move the clamps that hold the pipe during the Hot Melt Butt Fusion Manual Poly Pipe Welder  process. The heater is put into the machine frame to soak heat.


MM-Tech Poly Welding Machine comes with all latest features such as Didital Temperature Contorller, Heater ,milling cutter with Stand, Trimer or Planning Tool & Clamps of 50-160mm. We are the largest of the Poly Pipe Welding Equipment assembly parts and use the Imported Spares with latest technology to give optimum result and efficient output with minimal cost. We are into Manufacturing & Assembly of both Manually Operated Machines and Fully Automated Thermoplastic Machines for Welding HDPE Pipes.

Application and Features
</h3>

 


1.Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF in a ditch in worksite or workshop. 
 2.Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts. 
 3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system; 
 4. Electrical planing tool. 
 5. Be made of lightweight and high strength material; simple structure, small and delicate, user friendly. 
 6.Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes. 
 7.Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily. 
 8.High accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings. 
 9.Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases.
