Its products, with dozen of types and hundreds of specifications, are characterized by low counter force, large energy absorbing, and water and corrosion resistant properties, which are widely used in ports and ships.
The company boasts its strong technical force, advanced manufacturing technology, modern production equipment, perfect testing equipment and scientific testing means. To meet special demands of various ports and ships, the company has established long-term partnership with design institutes of the Ministry of Communications, Qingdao University of Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Beijing Design Institute of Rubber Industry and builds a dedicated team of research and trial manufacturing. With the technical support of relevant research institutions, the company continuously develops new rubber fender products and improves product performance of rubber fenders so that our production process methods and the performance of products reach the advanced level. We produce rubber fenders not only by using natural rubber, SBR, polybutadiene, nitrile, neoprene and other general rubber, but also by using chlorosulfonated polyethylene (Haipalong), EPDM, polyurethane, and other special rubber in order to meet the special requirements of users and requirements of different use environmental. In addition, the company can produce according to drawings and provide technical advisory services free of charge.
