Mengcun County borders Bohai Sea in the east, Jinan in the south and Beijing and Tianjin in the north, with Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway passing by. It is 100km from Tianjin New Port and 200km from the Capital International Airport. In a word, the transportation is convenient.
Established in 1989, Hebei Shengtian Pipe fittings Group Co., Ltd. covers a land area of 100,000㎡, with registered capital up to USD7500,000. It has over 380 employees, including over 90 professionals and technicians specializing in production of various pipe fittings.
Our main products are elbows, tees, bends, reducers, caps, flanges and sockets, etc. We can manufacture according to the standards such as ANSI, ASME API5L, ΓOCT, DIN and JIS, etc. Our products are exported to many countries and regions in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and America etc.，enjoying a very good reputation in the domestic and foreign markets. The company has nondestructive testing apparatus, supersonic testing apparatus, universal testing machine, impact test machine and physical & chemical labs, forming a complete quality assurance system. Our company adopts a 3-tiered inspection system and the one-vote-down system to guarantee product quality, achieving a conformity rate of 100% in exfactory inspection of products.

Our company has brought in a 800-ton full automatic medium-frequency hydraulic pipe bender, which can produce medium-frequency bends with specification up to ID1520*120mm and A335P22 alloy steel seamless high pressure elbows with specification up to ID1121*100 mm, filling the gap of large-caliber elbows in the domestic pipe fitting manufacturing industry. It has one newly built large-scale automatic heat-treatment furnace, which can simultaneously process over 50 tons of products, including all large-scale high-pressure fittings and pipes.
