Shenzhen Xinlixin Electronics Ltd. is a subsidiary of Kingzer Group, factory at Xili of Shenzhen. Xinlixin was established in 2004, and covering a total 5000 square meters, with more than 300 skilled staff and 6 production lines, special to produce the Hot Product of Global Market such as HDD Player/Recorder, Digital Photo Frame, DVB-T, MP4 etc., the all Finish Goods will be 500000units per month.
Xinlixin has reliable technical service and perfect quality control system (ISO9001 certificated). With it's advanced SMD (surface mount devices) facilities, main equipments such as CP45FV, CP45F, CP40LV and YAMAHA YV112. All these equipments compose several SMT production lines to achieve 3,000,000 of surface mount component daily production ability, other include 4 plug-in production lines and dual wave soldering system, automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines, and APB-5000 BGA rework station, which lead Xinlixin can fulfill the whole process from mounting to assembly and finally testing for finish goods packing.
Xinlixin has good production environment. Static prevention processing has been applied within whole workshop, so that static charge can be exhausted quickly, to ensure that there is no capacity losing of IC caused by static during production process.
