Our organization is looking to purchase high quantities of legal and verifiable AU bullion. We will only work with other mandates or sellers – NO EXECEPTIONS. Our procedures are as follows:

Seller issues a SCO

Buyer will issue a LOI and commercial invoice

The following must be agreed in advance:

Once this contract and invoice is signed and sent back to us then we will contact your shipping agent to arrange the shipment of the first TEST tranche of 10MT to our refinery in Belgium. Will are willing to pay for the shipping 100% - no cost to the seller. You will also receive an official invitation to accompany the shipment and observe the process at the refinery.

Our representative will meet you there and after the assay is completed and reviewed by both buyer and seller the payment is executed within 48 hours to your (Sellers) bank account.

After receipt of the contract and invoice we will be in touch to arrange the Irrevocable Purchase Oder and Payment for your company to be conditional of after the assay is completed.

No payments will be arranged before shipment of the gold to the refinery under any circumstances. If you feel that there is a match please send you SCO immediately. We are currently purchasing 300,000MT a month.
