The main operational range are in the thicker porous metal materials (or named the foam metals)the products involving of the development, exploitation, production, marketing and provision and the related technical consultancy services. We have a registered capital of 5 million Yuan.
Metal products for us are foam materials which belong to the new and great fields supportted jointly by National science and technology department, Commerce Department,and other six National ministries.These products have the great function of the dual ability in the area of the material and structure.They are kinds of useful engineering materials with excellent function.They can be applied in more and more industry,such as aviation industry, automobile industry, building industry, chemical engineering, metallurgy, medicine, electric-chemistry industry and the military industrial etc..
The craft of the thicker foam metal's production is our own freeform.And the thickness of the foam metals has been possible to made into above 70 mm, and this craft has reached the international leading level.From this enormous development ,it shows that the porous metal material can be applied in each kind of kingdom.And the product has got the international advanced level.The efficiency in economy and sociality was remarkable.
In March 2005, The application of National invention patent of our independent intellectual property rights "the galvanization method of the thicker porous metal and its using installment" is successful.In the same year,our product of independent research and development the thicker foam copper and nickel (or named Cu-Porous Metal and Ni-Porous Metal)obtains several enterprises' authentication in the quality and the special permission purchase by European and American.And each performance index of the product comprehensively achieves the international advanced level. At present,we have entered into contracts directly with China scientific and technical university, being the only material maker undertakes the national natural sciences fund project "the spatial flying significant foundation " and its center item the significant research plan of"the heat insulation, shaking separation ,anti-impact ,and light quality of the structure design optimization".
