Shanghai Shixiong is a multi-function enterprise engaged in the plastic molding tool reseaching, developing, design, and manufacturing as well as the plastic molding, spray paint, printing ect.
The company occupies an area 12000 square meter, workshop area 5800 square meter, and with total investment 13,800,000 yuan. The main equipments are imported directly. Most of the plants are operated with numeric or computer controller, so that radically ensured the machining accuracy and products quality.
We have manufactured the precision mold tool for Japanese Sony; Canon;Kokuyo, Korea LG, US Diada, German AQUA etc. famous companies in the world. Such mold tools are fullfilled the customer’s requirment with high technique; materly workmanship and excellent function. As well as won good reputation in this field. Also we did the plastic products for the famous brand such as Sony laptop, AQUA underwater lights, vacuum dust collector, Microsoft special service plate, DELPHI auto operation parts and YAN FENG WEI SHI car’s adorn etc.thus plastic products indicate our company technology in molding, spray painting and printing.
At the end of 2004, Shixiong developed a creation for the “electrical power meter” plastic shell i.e. a plastic Combination, which has an excellent market performance with its advanced high technology.
