Introduction
Yousaf Food Industries (Pvt) Limited is Incorporation Company under the Companies Act 1913 (now substituted by Companies Ordinance 1984, the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan), by Regd. No. L-07033 of 1993-94
Yousaf Food Industries is one of the major Food Processing industries in Pakistan. It was established in 1962 as a sole proprietary firm and being expanded gradually, now Yousaf Food Industries is converted into a limited company by shares. It was incorporated as a limited in 1993, the Yousaf Food industry is being continuously expanded with the adaptation of high latest technology in food processing.
Yousaf Food industries providing the quality food products with outstanding flexibility of Production and Logistics, Yousaf food is well prepared to meet rapidly changing consumer trends. The products of Yousaf Food industries have successfully developed continuously to become one of Pakistan’s leading producers of Food Products.
Its clearly climbing export figures are proof of the high acceptance of YOUSAF’s branded products in the international market.
Board of Directors
Haji Muhammad Yousaf (late) how was the 1st Chief Executive of M/s. Yousaf Food Industries (Pvt) Limited, the main asset of the Company. Due to his death on February 04, 2005 Mian Mahboob Alam Executive Director of the company taken the charge of Chief Executive by the decision of Resolution which was past by the Board of Directors.
Now the following setup of the directors of M/s. Yousaf Food Industries (Pvt) Limited are working under the supervision of Chief Executive;

2. Mr. Ghulam Haider Director
3. Mr. Jahangeer Alam Director
4. Miss. Asia Begum Director
5. Mrs. Safia Begum Director
All the Directors are working under the instruction of the Chief Executive

The mission of the Yousaf Food Industry is to goal and to exceed the customer a representation by ensuring quality with approved ingredients and excellence in every aspect to develop the business.
Yousaf Food Industry is to do this by providing complete global logistics services for giving multi-model food products, with transportation to the customer’s range with full satisfaction. Yousaf Food ensures to success in market leadership and most importantly the customer’s satisfaction by providing then a quality product.

Yousaf Food Industries founded by His Highness Haji Muhammad Yousaf (Late) the Ex- Chief Executive and Founder of the Organization and founder. He had worked hard day and night to promote the industry for providing food products to his customers with good quality and ingredients.
