Malaysian Intelligence Meters Sdn. Bhd. (MIM), is a company specially set up to manufacture electronic prepayment kWh meter under a technology agreement with TNB Research Sdn. Bhd. (TNBR), a wholly subsidiary of Malaysia’s biggest electric utility, Tenaga National Berhad (TNB). However, since then it has developed into a leading provider of solution for utility revenue collection system based on smart card technology.
The meter is designed to the international standards IEC 1036 and type tested and certified to that standard by Parkside Laboratories Ltd in New Zealand. Along with these products, MIM has introduced a new experience in revenue collection for the electricity utilities.
Our aim is to help the customers in lowering their cost of doing business in the highly competitive energy market. Our Research and Development Laboratory is ever busy in developing new product that can meet every changing customer’s requirements. |
